Demi Moore is no longer receiving treatment at Cirque Lodge addiction treatment center in Sundance, Utah, E! News reports. According to E! News, the Margin Call actress is currently on vacation in an undisclosed location and she is no rush to get back to L.A. and a source said that she is on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people. The time Moore entered treatment has been marked with drug rumors and death hoaxes, along with numerous other false media stories concerning Moore’s condition.
The actress, 49, reportedly checked into the facility in late January to deal with an eating disorder and addiction issues. Moore’s decision to seek treatment came on the heels of her emergency hospitalization after smoking an “incense-like substance” January 23. A source said that everyone thought she was going to die and it was terrifying. Following her split with Ashton Kutcher in November, the actress’ life was in complete crisis. She is turning 50 in November and has no idea who she is or what her life should be. Friends of Moore were relieved the actress decided to finally face her issues. A source explained of the actress who first went to rehab in 1985 that she knows she is in a bad place and needs help noting that she needed something serious to get her back on track. Demi’s reps haven’t commented on Demi’s current state but friends recently revealed that she is totally committed to getting better. They said Demi has a long way to go but she is getting better and she has many days where she feels great. Her daughter, Rumer even spoke about it, saying that her mother is on the road to recovery noting that it is slow going but they believe in her.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Adderall is Demi’s drug of choice, and the stick-thin actress would frequently subsist on just energy drinks for days on end. A source close to the actress said shortly after hospitalization that Demi has been taking Adderall and drinking energy drinks starving herself and those are some of the serious causes that led her to collapse last January 23. Demi’s children, Rumer, 23, and Tallulah, 18, are currently staying with her former husband Bruce Willis, who reportedly had reached out to her prior to her health scare. Her other daughter Scout , 20, is currently away from home to study at Brown University. Previous patients at Cirque Lodge include Lindsay Lohan, Mary-Kate Olsen and Eva Mendes.
