Edith Bowmanis a Scottish music artist, radio DJ and TV host, who is most notable hosting different TV shows and music events. She was born on January 15, 1974 in Ansruther in Fife, Scotland. She entered the Queen Margaret University Colege, Edinburgh. Her professional career started when she appeared as a news reader on the MTV UK. She subsequently hosted numerous shows for the station, which also includes co hosting the chart show called, Hitlist UK, together with Cat Deeley. She subsequently became the host of the breakfast show of Channel 4 called, RI: SE, where it was released on April 29, 2002. In year 2004, he also hosted the BBC Scotland series show of Teen Commandments, together with Cameron Stout.

On the other hand, Bowman also co hosted the British music chart TV show called, Top of the Pops, as a replacement of Feane Cotton while she was away. She appeared on the said show for ten times. On the other hand, she returned on the said show for their 2006 Christmas Special. Since the year of 2005, Bowman has been the voice of the TV and radio adverts for the electrical store called, Cornet. She was also became the host of different music shows for the Channel 4, like the show of Channel 4 Presents and the TBA. On the other hand, she also appeared in the children’s art show of Smart in year 2007.

Moreover, Edith Bowman regularly appears on the coverage of events like the Glastonbury, T in The Park and the Reading as well as the Leeds Festival for the BBC Radio and TV.  In year 2005, Bowman also hosted the BBC Scotland’s coverage for the Live 8 event happened at the Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh as well as the T in the Park shows, alongside Dougie Anderson. On the same year, she presented the Q Awards together with Murray on BBC Radio. In year 2007, Bowman became the host of the BBC Coverage for the Live Earth. After leaving the weekday afternoon part on the Radio 1, Bowman’s TV career has went into wide exposure.

She then hosted different one off film specials for the Channel 4. Bowman also hosted the Evo Music Rooms, which is a late night music show for the Channel 4. In addition in Spring of year 2011 Bowman hosted the Vue Film Show for the same network. Bowman reported for the BBC TV on April 2011 for the coverage of the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton. In addition, Bowman recently narrated the Mcfly Documentary called, Mcfly on the Wall. On the other hand, Bowman is set to host the upcoming T in the Park music Festival for the BBC 3.
