Jeff Probst Weds Girlfriend“Survivor” host and former Access Hollywood correspondent Jeff Probst has tied the knot with his actress girlfriend Lisa Ann Russell.  The 50-year-old TV star exchanged vows with the 40-year-old actress in an intimate ceremony on Monday.  The ceremony took place at a private residence in Los Angeles, the couple’s spokesperson told America’s People magazine.

This is the second marriage for both parties.  Probst was married to psychotherapist Shelley Wright from 1996 until 2001, and Russell was previously married to Saved By The Bell star Mark-Paul Gosselaar for four years.  The former couple have two children, Michael, seven, and a five-year-old daughter Ava.  The pair split last year and Russell raised eyebrows when she arrived on the arm of Probst at the Creative Arts Emmys just two months after Gosselaar had filed for divorce.  The 37-year-old actor’s rep had insisted that there was no ‘third party’ involved at the time of the split.  According to the rep, they have been separated for a couple of months and there is no third party involved adding that they are working on their marriage.  Following the event Probst and Russell promptly began dating and Gosselar has also since moved on.

In August this year he announced his engagement to advertising executive Catriona McGinn, reportedly giving her a 5-carat Neil Lane engagement ring.  Probst is an ordained minister, and has officiated many marriages including the one of The Office star, Jenna Fischer to her partner Lee Kirk.  Since 2000, he has hosted all 23 seasons of the extremely popular reality television game show, Survivor.  The current season, Survivor: South Pacific, will wrap this month with the finale winner announced on December 18.  Probst’s successful hosting duties have seen him win the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Host for a Reality or Reality-Competition Program for four consecutive years.  He will preside over Season 24 of Survivor before debuting his self-titled talk show next year.

In addition to Survivor, Probst previously hosted the FX network’s original half-hour show dedicated to answering viewer letters, Backchat, along with Sound FX, a series of afternoon shows surrounding parenting, relationship and medicine (1996). Probst also hosted the VH1 series Rock & Roll Jeopardy! from 1998 to 2001, and was a correspondent for the syndicated program Access Hollywood. He also wrote and directed the Lionsgate released film, Finder’s Fee. People magazine named Probst one of the “50 Most Beautiful People” in 2001. He often contributes to Jeopardy! by giving Survivor related clues from the show’s venues, has twice appeared on Celebrity Jeopardy!, first in 2001 and again in 2003, and made several cameo appearances during the April 1, 2010 episode.
