Actress Jennifer Aniston has so many homes and just recently she put down $9 million for yet another new pad in New York City.  The 2,873 square foot apartment is located in an upscale building in New York’s Gramercy Park.   A housekeeper and butler also come with that $9 million, a pretty good deal indeed.  The home is also the only unit in the building that overlooks Gramercy Park.  Jen’s exclusive view is in her master bedroom.  In April, Aniston bought the 17th and 18th floors of a Manhattan apartment building for around $7 million.  And in August, Jennifer and Justin Theroux took the plunge and decided to move in together.  They began renting a two-bedroom home in the Hollywood Hills with worth of $3 million.

The latest home of Aniston features 11.8-foot ceilings, along with three bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms, which also boasts membership to the luxury David Barton gym, room.  There is a wood burning fireplace, spa-like bathrooms and all the amenities of a five star hotel.   This building is part of the Gramercy luxury boutique hotel, which give Jennifer Aniston access to the entire hotel’s 5-star services and amenities.   Including the housekeeping and butler service, those amenities include personal shopping, catering, and car wash service.  There is a beautiful, floor-to-ceiling window by the dining room and two in the living room. The listing photos also include two nurseries that are expected to spark pregnancy rumors.  Maintenance fees alone run $11,258 a month, according to the listing through Prudential Douglas Elliman.

Earlier this year, Jennifer Aniston sold her famous $38 million Beverly Hills mansion that she worked on for years.  The home was absolutely gorgeous, with panoramic views of Los Angeles and a state-of-the art kitchen.  The house has hardwood floors, vaulted ceiling, pool, a hidden garden and a garage, which has been converted into a family room.  A source said that one bedroom is the master and the other is currently furnished as a guest room.  The source also noted that it is a really romantic house with great views and a warm feeling in every room adding that if people decide they like it, it is also for sale.

Aniston said it felt like a hug.  However, after some consideration, Jen decided to downsize.  According to the actress, she could not sleep and she sort of had one of those moment where she really needed to simplify.  She said that her life needed to be simplified and clear out the clutter and along with that thought came that she should sell that home.  When she sold her home, Aniston said there are all sorts of things that are going to be happening in the near future so she is excited.  She said that she does not know what they are but that is the fun part.

Actress Jennifer Aniston and her present boyfriend Justin Theroux reportedly met on the set of “Wonderlust,” a movie they filmed last year when Theroux was still living with his former girlfriend Heidi Bivens and Jen got homewrecked her way into his heart.  The trailer of the movie has finally come out and people are dying to see how this new couple’s on screen chemistry holds up.  The trailer looks amazing and it is probably enjoying the extra surge of popularity simply because Hollywood’s favorite couple act in a kind of way that is just before they become intimately attached to each other.  Judd Apatow produced the film and David Wain (Role Models) directed.

“Wanderlust” features Aniston (Linda) and comedian Paul Rudd (George) playing a yuppie couple from New York who stumble into a hippie commune in an attempt to “spice things up” in their marriage.  After George is downsized out of his job, they find themselves with only one option: to move in with George’s awful brother in Atlanta.  On the way there, George and Linda stumble upon Elysium, an idyllic community populated by colorful characters who embrace a different way of looking at things, where money, jobs and even clothes are not valued.

Theroux plays a member of the free lovin’ commune along with characters played by Malin Akerman, Joe Lo Truglio and Alan Alda and teaches Jen’s character a thing or two about being a tree-hugger.  In the trailer, Justin has a full beard and straggly long hair and plays one of those guys that drinks red wine and wears t-shirts made from plant material.  They share a scene together where Justin teaches Jen how to milk a cow and it’s riddled with innuendo.  In the scene, Justin said teaches Aniston to wrap her finger around the base of it, work the shaft down to the tip and then flick the tip.

A lot of jokes were revealed in the trailer such that a bold colony member nonchalantly propose sex, George looking uncomfortable as he sits atop a toilet and hallucinogenic drugs fuel Linda to climb a tree and proclaim she can fly.  Paul Rudd and Jennifer Aniston have been in a movie before called The Object of My Affection which was released  in 1998.

In the film, they kind of play their real life characters.  Jen plays a city girl and Theroux plays a dirty hipster.  Life does imitate art.  However, from the trailer at least, it does not seem as if the two play romantic interests in the film.  The film is due out in February 24, 2012 and perhaps, the couple is looking forward to doing press together for the flick.  Despite the public’s infatuation with this couple and how fast they move, (They rented a home together after like 3 months of dating) Jen says she doesn’t know if she wants to get married again.  According to Jen, she is not planning to get married any time soon.  She said that she has been married once and she does not know if she will get married again confirming that as of today she has no plan to get married.

In the 18th Annual “Women in Hollywood” Tribute of Elle magazine held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills on Monday night (October 17), nine women were honored including Jennifer Anniston, Reese Witherspoon, Michelle Pfeiffer, Barbara Streisand, Freida Pinto, Evan Rachel Wood, Viola Davis, Elizabeth Olsen and Naomi Watts.  The Women in Hollywood honorees are featured in Elle’s November issue.  Of this year’s selections, Elle Editor in Chief Robbie Myers said in a statement, “As has long been our tradition, this year we honor an extraordinary group of women who continue to redefine what is possible in Hollywood.”

Prior to the ceremony’s onset, Jennifer Anniston sporting a sparkly, backless Kaufman Franco dress with a plunging neckline and Balenciaga shoes mingle with fellow guest and former co-star in “Friends” Reese Witherspoon and the latter joking about making out with her friend.  “[Jen has] sex appeal and complete lovability,” she said. “You just want to get your nails done with her and make out with her at the same time, at least I do, and that’s what we do sometimes on Saturday… first we get our nails done, so cute, and then we make out! It’s totally awesome! That’s because she’s my friend and not yours.”

The actress also share some heartwarming words about the 42-year-old star, Jennifer Anniston.  “She’s great, she’s a good friend of mine,” Reese told Access. “She’s an awesome friend, as you can imagine.”  “On one hand, she’s this gorgeous breathtaking beauty, that men lose their thought process and speech patterns when they see her,” she said of the actress. “On the other hand, she is a woman who lets you in, who lets you see her flaws. She lets an audience laugh at her pain and humility and her humanity.”

On Jennifer Anniston’s speech after taking her honor, she said, “We have to continue inspiring, supporting and loving an encouraging each other because for all of the young women who are following in our footsteps.”  The actress in an interview with Elle magazine admits that she is not always composed as she may seem.  “I threw a chair at a director. It wasn’t my proudest moment. He was treating a script supervisor horribly… When the director walked in, I threw a chair at him. I missed, of course. I was like, ‘You can’t speak to people like that.’ I can’t tolerate it,” she told Elle.

Elizabeth Olsen on the other hand accepted the Calvin Klein Collection emerging star award and receiving the L’Oreal Paris Legend award (top award) was Barbara Streisand.  ‘Slumdog Millionare’ star, Freida Pinto who wore a white, minimalist dress by Calvin Klein Collection, scooped the ‘Most Promising Young Actress’ award.

Celebrity spectators include Katherine Heigl, Chloe Moretz, Abigail Breslin, Rachel Zoe, Amber Heard, Camila Alves, Chelsea Handler, Nicole Richie, Jenna Dewan, Jon Hamm and “Vampire Diaries” hunk Ian Somerhalder.  Joe Zee, the creative director of Elle Magazine said “I think what’s really great is we brought to light a lot of the great work women have done… both behind the scenes and in front of the camera over the years.”
