Josh Duhamel, an American actor and a fashion model who is most notable on his portrayal on the series show called, All My Children, was born on November 14, 1972 in Minot, North Dakota, to Bonnie L. Kemper and Larry David Duhamel, a physical education teacher and an advertising salesman. Duhamel has the combination of French-Canadian ancestry from his great-great-grandfather. When he was still young, his parents divorced but he remained close to both of his mother and father. However, he grew up with his mother together with his three sisters, Ashlee, Mckenzee and Kassidy. He entered the Minot State University and became a member of the football team of the said university.

While he was still in studying in the Minot State University, acting was his first priority. He also studied biology with the aim of attending a dental school after completing his degree. Duhamel made a decision to retake the organic chemistry as well as physics to boost up his GPA.

In year 2003, Duhamel received a Daytime Emmy Award nomination for the category of Special Fan Award for America’s favorite couple in year 2002. Josh Duhamel made his acting debut when he appeared on the romantic comedy film of Win A Date With Tad Hamilton, in year 2004 and then his fame continue to rise when he starred in the 2006 thriller film of Tunstan. He also starred on the 2010 film called, The Romantics, together with Katie Holmes and Adam Brody.

Steven Spielberg picked him for one of the role in the box office hit film series of Transformers, after watching him in one of the episodes of the show called, Las Vegas. On the other hand, he reprised his role as Captain William Lennox for the sequel film entitled, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen which has been released in late 2009 and in the most-recent released film entitled, Transformers: Dark of the Moon. In addition, he is set to appear on the upcoming thriller film of Sympathy for the Devil, together with Samuel Jackson. The film is set to direct by Boaz Yakin.

In his Personal life, Josh Duhamel became one of the owners of the restaurant called, 10 North Main, that was initially based in downtown section of the Minot, North Dakota. The restaurant features delectable dishes like, elk and pheasant.

Josh Duhamel began dating the Black Eyed Peas member, Stacy Ann Ferguson who is also known as Fergie, in September 2004. In addition, Fergie appeared on Josh Duhamel’s show called Las Vegas, together with her band in one of the show’s episode that was entitled as, Montecito Lancers. On January 2009, the couple tied the knot in a Roman Catholic ceremony held in Church Estates Vineyards in Malibu California. On the following year, Josh and Fergie renewed their wedding vows which held in one of the beaches in Santa Barbara. The couple is currently living in Brentwood, California, in a house they bought in year 2007.
