The 36-year-old American actress, who is most notable for the portrayal of the comedy film of Kissing a Fool, was horn on July 20, 1975 in Detroit, Michigan. She grew up in Redford Township and Livonia and entered the Churchill High School in Livonia. She is the beautiful daughter of a mechanical engineer and a hospital administrator. After being a trainee in the classical Russian ballet for 10 years, Greer became interested to acting and was accepted to be in the Chicago’s well known School at the DePaul University. In addition, Greer also worked as a telemarketer to the oyster shucker.

After she finished her studies, Greer made her first on-screen role in the American romantic comedy film of Kissing a Fool, where she portrayed the role of Andrea in year 1998. She was then included in the casts of the dark comedy of Jawbreaker in year 1999, which also includes the stars of Rose McGowan and Rebecca Gayheart, where she portrayed the role of Fern Mayo/Vylette. She also portrayed a news correspondent in the 1999 war film of Three Kings, which also includes the star of George Clooney.

She subsequently appeared in the 2000 film of What Planet Are you From?, together with Garry Shandling. Greer also appeared in various TV shows like in the 2003, Arrested Development. In 1999, she appeared as a guest star in the Love & Money and in Maggie Winters as well in the 1996 Early Edition. Greer also starred together with Jennifer Garner in the 2004 romantic comedy film called, 13 Going on 30, which has been directed by Gary Winick. In the film she portrayed the role of an office worker together with the character portrayed by Garner.

On the same year, Greer collaborated with M. Night Shyamalan, when she appeared in the thriller film of The Village, where she portrayed the role of Kitty Walker. The film also includes the stars of Joaquin Phoenix and Bryce Dallas Howard as well as Aldrien Brody. The film has been released on June 2004. On the following year, she starred together with Wes Craven in the 2005 film of Cursed. He also starred together with Orlando Bloom and Susan Sarandon in the 2005 comedy-drama film of Elizabethan, where she portrayed the role of Heather Baylor.

In year 2005, Greer was included in the casts of the independent film of The Amateurs. She was also included in the crime TV series of the Crime scene Investigation: Miami. On the following year, she appeared in the TV comedy series of My Name is Earl. In year 2007, she was included in the comedy TV series of Two and a Half Men and on the same year, she was included in the series show of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia as well in the 2010 series shows of The Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother and Warren The Ape. In addition, Greer starred in the CBS series show called, Mad Love, which was premiered in February 2011. However, the show has been canceled after its first season.
