Justin Bieber became a man on Thursday (March 1,2012), but he is not asking for gifts. He wants his fans to ring in his milestone birthday by giving to those in need. The teen heartthrob posted to Twitter saying that he wants to use his birthday to help others asking those who are willing to donate $18 to charity water on his 18th birthday.

The “Baby” singer is a huge supporter of charity water, a non-profit that brings potable drinking water to people in developing countries, and he has taken hi campaign to Twitter to urge his 17 million-plus followers to donate. Bieber’s benevolent birthday mission is not something he picked up with adulthood. He celebrated in the same way when he turned 17, and this year he is also inviting others to give up their birthdays for charity too. The star wrote on his charity water page saying last year for his birthday, people gave him the best birthday present he could ever ask for – people donated $47,148 to bring clean water to over 2,357 people. He said he was so thankful for what they were able to accomplish together and this year he said that he wants to do it again. According to reps at Charity water, 1 birthday fundraiser brings in an average of $1,000 to the foundation. If 1000 of Bieber;s fans participated, that could mean a potential of over $1 million.

On the other hand, it is not everyday that the world’s biggest teen star becomes an adult. TMZ reported Justin Bieber will celebrate his 18th birthday with a lavish party and $14 million worth of real estate. According to sources, Justin’s birthday plans include parachuting, a five star dinner, and ending the night with a star-studded party. The almost legal star is also looking to mark his adulthood with the purchase of TWO multi-million dollar mansions in the Los Angeles area. Friends of Justin say that he has been looking at two homes in Calabasas, CA, both priced at more than $5 million and another mega-mansion in Hollywood, CA that is selling for $10 million and is currently being rented by Ashton Kutcher. Justin is looking at one home for his mother and another for himself. With the cheapest of the two mansions totaling to $14 million, Justin proves that turning 18 comes with more perks than the right to vote and buy cigarettes if you are a teen super star.

Also, while appearing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Biebs was surprised on stage by his manager Scooter Braun. Braun revealed to the pop star that he is the proud owner of a brand new $100,000 Fisker Karma – a luxury hybrid car. The Fisker Karma asking price starts at $100,000 and is completely electric sweet sweet ride. The best part was probably Justin’s reaction to the generous gift — shocked and seemingly genuine in his gratitude for the gift. Bieber’s new single “Boyfriend” will be released on March 26.

Teen pop sensation Justin Bieber’s holiday album “Under the Mistletoe” debuts at no.1 on the Billboard 200 chart, having sold 210,000 copies in its first week edging out new entries from rapper wale and country singer Miranda Lambert.  The chart-topping debut for the album also gives the 17-year-old Bieber a couple more lines in the record books.  He is the first male artist ever to debut at No.1 with a Christmas albums before turning 18.

This is Justin’s third album in 18 months to enter the chart at the top of the charts, after My World 2.0 (April 2010) and Never Say Never: The Remixes (February 2011, soundtrack to the highest domestic-grossing concert film in history, $75 million).  President and COO of Island Def Jam Music said in a press release that he is so proud of Justin and his continuing streak of No.1 successes.  According to him, this collection of endearing new songs and inspired holiday classics kicks off the season perfectly adding that the incredible result is a testament to Justin’s talent, his dedicated fan base and hard work of the entire IDJ family.

“Under the Mistletoe” is just the eighth holiday album to top the Billboard 200 chart, joining sets by Susan Boyle, Josh Groban, Kenny G, Mitch Miller (twice), Bing Crosby and Elvis Presley.  Under the Mistletoe’ includes its lead track, ‘Mistletoe,’ as well as collaborations with Mariah Carey, Boyz II Men, Busta Rhymes, The Band Perry and Usher. Bieber recently shot a music video for ‘All I Want for Christmas Is You’ with Carey.

The 17-year-old singer thanked his fans for supporting him on Twitter earlier this weekend and released an animated video for the single “Santa Claus is Comin’ to Town.”  While allegations that Bieber fathered a baby with a california woman after a backstage encounter last year, JB later tweeted that in the past week and even that day every rumor and lie about him has been coming out in the press noting that he just need to ignore it and adding that his fans have been there for him.

“Under the Mistletoe” beat rapper Wale’s “Ambition,” which sold 164,000 copies in its first week and landed at No. 2.  Country singer Miranda Lambert’s “Four the Record” debuted at No. 3 while “Britain’s Got Talent” alumni Susan Boyle entered the charts at No. 4 with her third album, “Someone To Watch Over Me,” forcing Adele’s mega-hit “21″ to slip to No. 5.

British indie band Florence + The Machine entered the charts at No. 6 with their highly anticipated second album, “Ceremonials,” while Coldplay’s fifth album, “Mylo Xyloto” fell to No. 7 from last week’s top position.  The drop for Coldplay’s album was foreseen by frontman Chris Martin, who recently told British newspaper The Guardian that maintaining the No. 1 spot would be difficult this week.

In the spirit of the season, the Canadian sensation is donating a portion of the proceeds from ‘Under the Mistletoe’ to charity. Bieber is currently working on his next album entitled ‘Believe,’ which is set to be released next year.

A 20-year-old Canadian girl, who was claiming that Justine Bieber is the father of her 3-month-old baby, filed a paternity lawsuit against the 17-year-old teen pop sensation filed in October 31.  20-year-old Mariah Yeater appeared in the cover of the U.S. magazine with her son, Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater, who was born on July 6.  Yeater has asked the star to submit to a paternity test, and is asking Bieber to provide adequate support for her baby, the result of a tryst she alleged lasted no longer than 30 seconds.

In a legal statement, sworn under penalty of perjury, Yeater told a California court that Bieber propositioned her on October 25 of last year, when she was 19 after his concert and at L.A.’s Staples Center.  As reported in the U.S. website Radar Online, Yeater told the judge that when she later realized she was pregnant with Justin Bieber’s baby, she tried to contact him through his representatives but no one ever called her back.

Yeater stated that On July 6, 2011, she gave birth to a baby boy which is exactly 36 weeks and two days after the sexual encounter with Justin Bieber.  she claimed that based upon the timing as well as the fact that there were no other possible men that she had sex with that could be the father of her baby, she believed that Justin Bieber is in fact the father of her baby.

Bieber spoke out for the first time since the allegations emerged this week.  He took on his Twitter page telling fans what he has in mind.  Bieber said that he is going to ignore the rumours and focus on what is real, an opportunity to help by doing what he love asking people to judge him on the music.  A spokesperson to Bieber has strongly denied the allegations and said that while they have not seen the lawsuit, it is sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims.  The rep added that they will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against those allegations.

Yeater wrote a detailed statement about meeting her idol in papers submitted to a Los Angeles court.  She claimed that a security guard approached her while seated in the front row of the star’s concert and asked if she wanted to meet the singer backstage.  She said that it was immediately obvious that they were attracted to one another and they began to kiss.
According to her, shortly thereafter Justin Bieber suggested her to go with him to a private place where they could be alone.  She said that she agreed to go with him and on the walk to the private area he allegedly told yeater that he wanted to make love with her which is going to be his first time.  Going inside she said that the singer’s personality changed drastically and repeatedly said that he wanted to f*** the s*** out of her.  At the time, she said she asked him to put a condom but he insisted that he did not want to.  The singer allegedly said that because it was his first time and he wanted to feel everything.  A court hearing is said to have been set for December 15.

Justine Bieber’s manager, Scooter Braun explained on Billboard magazine that the singer’s new Christmas album, “Under the Mistletoe” is more seductive than past recordings because vocally, his balls have dropped.  Proving that he is growing up fast, the 17-year-old singing sensation’s first single from the album, “Mistletoe,” is sung a few octaves lower than his Hit “Baby,” released in January 2010.  His holiday album to be released on November 1 includes collaborations with Chris Brown, Usher, Boyz II Men and Busta Rhymes.

However, his cover with Mariah Carey of her hit “All I Want for Christmas Is You” was the most challenging.  Carey agreed to do the duet, as long as Bieber sang the original high key.  According to Braun, that was the hardest song to do adding that a year ago that would have been no problem.  Bieber admitted that the song was indeed high but he confirmed that he grinded it out and they got it down.  Braun claimed that these songs show he really can do anything he wants, he is rapping on one, singing a classic on another, R&B, country pop, and he hopes that people will hear it and say that he is not going anywhere.

Braun also compared Bieber to the Beatles saying that the love girls have for Biebs is reminiscent of Beatlemania and the carrying on, outrageous screaming and fainting that went on for the boys from Liverpool.  He said that all the hype and the kids running the street screaming and you lose the chance to say that this started because of the music.  According to him, this album lets the music speak for itself.  He said he does not want to draw comparisons but there was a band during the British Invasion that had girls screaming at them.

Island Def Jam Music Group President Steve Bartels said the Christmas album will show Bieber’s growth as a young man and will pleasantly surprise his fans with his blossoming voice adding that it will not be your typical holiday album.  Bieber announces via youtube that sales from the album will go to charity.  Bieber will close the holiday season by performing in Times Square on “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest.”

Surprisingly, Actor Johnny Depp was also one of the Beliebers.  While doing a press conference for his animated flick “Rango” a journalist asked him if he was a Belieber.  The Hollywood A-lister said that he was confused and then synapse fired and he understood what he was saying so he said yeas of course, admitting that he was a huge Belieber and then about 3.5 seconds later to the right of the room Justin Bieber enters.  When asked how that happens, Johnny replied that he did not know exactly if they summoned him up.  Depp’s daughter is also a huge fan of Bieber and he shared a story about the first time he met the singer.  According to him, he met the young man and called him a very sweet kid.  He said Bieber was playing a concert then and his daughter Lily-Rose was desperate to go so they got tickets and passes.  He brought his daughter to the show and introduced them and he said that it was quite astonishing to see his daughter in kind of this frozen state.

After Justin Bieber took Selena Gomez on a $500,000 movie date last September 23 by renting the Los Angeles Staples Center for a private Screening of Titanic, the teen pop sensation did it again.  Just so you know, the building can accommodate up to 20,000 people but for that night the arena was just for Justine and Selena. During those times, JB even said on his twitter account that Romance is not dead and adviced every single guy to treat their ladies right.  Incredibly, Bieber didn’t have to fork over a dime to rent out the 20,000-seat stadium. It was given to him for free because his concerts have sold out the venue three times.  Justine is no stranger to Winnipeg for his father once lived there.

Before going to the Staples Center, the two first attended Demi Lovato’s huge concert at the Nokia Theater in downtown Los Angeles.  He led her underground through a passageway to the empty arena and they cuddled for the movie in the huge setting.  At the Staples Center, Justin has prepared a table for two that was set up on the floor with a steak and pasta dinner from the venue’s fancy restaurant, the Lexus Club.  According to TMZ.com, Justin got the idea from Adam Sandler’s movie ‘Mr. Deeds’ in which his character organizes a date for his girl at New York’s Madison Square Garden.

This time the couple headed to the SilverCity Polo Cinemas in Winnipeg, Manitoba, where they enjoyed a private screening of the Hugh Jackman-starring flick ‘Real Steel.’  According to reports, the couple even had a pizza delivered to their theater and after the movie; the two avoided a big scene with fan as they swept away in black Lincoln SUV.  A representative for the theater could not confirm or deny the report when the media asked for further information for the duo’s date night.  The coupe’s date occurred on Thursday evening, October 20.

According to reports, JB revealed his plans for having a film of his own.  The17 year old singer said that he can hopefully start on a movie or something next summer and confirmed that his team is actually working on the script.  Bieber is now in his hometown, Canada, following the completion of his My World tour and 19 year old Selena Gomez is currently on a tour in the Great White North.  She had a show in the area Friday night and just before her performance, she tweeted Thursday night saying that she had a great day there in Winnipeg, adding she cannot wait to see all her fans tomorrow.  Bieber, meanwhile, is enjoying the rest and relaxation. He said on his twitter feed that it feels good to be back in Canada and he missed his home.  The singer is expected to release a new track “The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire),” featuring Usher from his early holiday album, ‘Under the Mistletoe.

The 17-year-old singing sensation, Justin Bieber was spotted in Maui last May together with his girlfriend Selena Gomez, 18.  The camera’s lenses caught the two young couple’s romantic display of affection oozing with steamy sexy scenes.  The couple looks cutely awesome on their swimwear.  Embracing and kissing, Selena showed off her fabulous physique in pink swimsuit while Bieber displayed his new ribcage tattoo, which reportedly says “Jesus” in Hebrew.  Somehow, the tiny strapless two-piece worn by Selena influenced that summer’s bikini trends.

Following the smooch they shared on the Billboard Music Award in Las Vegas just before JB accepts his award for Best New Artist, the two headed to the island of Maui for a little vacation and quality time together.  As previously, they have been trying to hide their relationship to the rest of the world but not anymore as these two go on a PDA-fest at the island.  Gomez recently said that she was not going to keep her romance secret anymore.  “I do like to keep certain things to myself, but at the end of the day, I’m 18 and I’m going to fall in love,” she said. “I’m going to hang out with people and I’m going to explore myself, and I’m okay with that.”

While Selena’s twitter had been quiet since May 19 as she was enjoying her vacation with Justin, the latter has some to share.  In a tweet Justin made after his parasailing adventure with Selena, he said, “1200 feet in the air….not the best feeling. lol”

Just in the recent month, the power couple were once again caught in a romantic beach date at Malibu, walking by the beach and sharing the time together.  While Selena is all set out for her Canadian tour on October 13, the two were making every moment count.  Hitting the Malibu beach on September 23, the two were spotted in the super casual eatery, Paradise Cove Beach Café, for lunch.  After lunch, the lovey dovey pair strolled barefoot along the beach, fed seagulls, watched dolphins playing and exchanged kiss according to an onlooker.  “He had his arms around her – they seemed very much in love,” says an eyewitness.  These two lovebirds just cannot get enough of each other and their PDAs, it is nice to be young and in love.
