Prince Harry who arrived in California in the morning of October 7, 2011 for a two month Helicopter pilot training session at the Naval Air Facility at El Centro, California as well as in Arizona.  The prince, better known as Capt. Harry Wales to his British Army Air Corps counterparts, was earlier spotted out enjoying a beer and a burger with friends wearing a hat with the American flag on it.  The 27-year-old prince reportedly go out to see some live music at the Belly Up Tavern in Solana Beach, California last Saturday night along with eight male and two female friends arriving at around 9 p.m. and stayed throughout the night.

Meryl Klemow who was a Belly Up Tavern Spokesperson, told People’s magazine that the prince was unbelievably sweet, very courteous and friendly to the staff.  She added that he was dancing and laughing and going from person to person.  You could tell that he was a big music fan.  A band member of Vokab Kompany who was playing for the night named Matt Burke told the magazine that he was a real dude.  He said he was not putting on airs and acting like a prince, just to think that he is down with the scene is super-tight.  One incident was also taken into consideration when the prince and his pals asked the club to change the TV channel to the Rugby World Cup match, reminding people that in spite of his enjoyment in the place he is still an out of towner.  The staff was more than happy to do so.

Prince Harry, being the second son of the late Princess Diana and Prince Charles of Whales, is one of the most popular royals in Europe.  While he was the third in line to the British throne, he was also his grandmother’s favorite.  The prince served in Afghanistan and left after considering the safety of his platoon as well as his.  Since his arrival in the United States last week, Harry has been well-behaved and kept a low profile.  Britain’s Prince Harry is about to move to Gila Bend Air Force Auxiliary Field in Arizona, which has ”absolutely no” facilities.  United States Senator John McCain offered his advice for a place to stay in when the prince arrive at Gila Bend for his continued military training.  He said, he recommend that Space Age Lodge.  The lodge is a 41-room hotel, which offers its guests a UFO motif and hand painted murals of space shuttles. It also feels like a solar system. It is much different from the Andaz Hotel, where Harry spent his first weekend while here in California.

Prince Harry will have to travel off the base if he wants to fill his ‘fridge with drinks and snacks. There are no services on Gila Bend [Auxiliary Field] according to Walker. He added that there is absolutely none, there is no store, there is no restaurant, there is no gas station and there is no 7-11.
