Tim Robbins is an American actor, who is most notable for the portrayal Nuke in the romantic comedy film of Bull Durham. He was born on October 16, 1958 in West Covina, California, to Mary Robbins and Gilbert Lee Robins, who were both an actor and actress. In addition, Robbins was baptized with the real name of Timothy Francis “Tim” Robbins and also has two sisters named Adele and Gabrielle. He also has a brother names David. He was raised as the Catholic. At a very young age, Tim Robbins together with his family relocated to Greenwich Village, while his father made a career as one of the members of the folk music group called, The Highwaymen. At the young age of Twelve, Robbins began to appear in theaters and even joined the drama club at the Stuyvesant High School. He also spent two years of his life at the SUNY Plattsburg. He then made his return in California to study the UCLA Film School.
