Cool pictures of the wonderful American actor Zach Galifianakis.

The 41-year-old American actor was born on October 1, 1969 in North Carolina to Mary Frances and Harry Galifianakis. He was baptized with the name of Zachary Knight Zach Galifianakis. He has two siblings, a young sister, Merrit as well as his older brother, Greg.  Galifianakis has entered the Wilkes Central High School and then attended the North Carolina State University but unfortunately, he did not finish his chosen course.

In year 1996, Galifianakis appeared on TV when he portrayed the returning role of a stoner named Bobby in the short-lived sitcom entitled, Boston Common. He also joined the Saturday Night Live as a writer but he stayed on the set for only two weeks.

Galifianakis also appeared in the film Out Cold and even had a not so big role in Corky Romano and Below as well as in Bubble Boy, Heartbreaker, into the Wild as Super High Me as well as in Little Fish Strange Pond and Largo. In addition, Galifianakis has made his own episode on the Comedy Central Presents which first broadcasted on September 2001.

In year 2002, he was the one who presented his very own VH1 Talk show called, Late World with Zach. The said program shows some of his closest friends as well as various celebrities from the world of comedy. Galifianakis also appeared as Davis on the drama of Fox entitled, Tru Calling, which airs from the year 2003 up to year 2005. He also joined the casts of the Jimmy Kimmel Live and had appeared on the show for several times. In addition he also made an appearance on 911 and portrayed the role of Frisbee.

In year 2006, Galifianakis was also featured on the music video of the song of Fiona Apple called, Not About Love. The video showed him lip-synching the said song and a year later, he and the rock musician, Will Oldham employed by Kanye West to do the same thing. In June 2006, Galifianakis unleashed his single called Come Over and Get it (Up in ‘’Dem Guts”). His single was said to be a comedic single with the combination of rap, hip hop and dance songs that also featured Apple’s vocals.

In February 2008, Galifianakis made an appearance on the Jackaaworld.com: 24 Hour Takeover. He also made an interview from each of the member of the cast of the well known, Jackass. Galifianakis was one of the lead stars of the box office hit film of The Hangover and because of the said film he was honored by the MTV Movie Awards for the Best Comedic Performance.

Galifianakis is currently appearing on the cable network of HBO series called, Bored to Death. On March 2010, he hosted the Saturday Night Live show during its 35th season. And n March 2011, he return as a host again for the said show. In 2011, Galifianakis reprised his role as Alan Garner on the second sequel of the Hangover film which took place in Thailand.
